A distributed node video monitoring management system is provided in the present invention, and the system includes: a plurality of Video Stream Service (VSS) service nodes, a service center management platform, a Peripheral Unit (PU) and a Client Unit (CU). Each of the VSS service nodes connects the PU collecting video monitoring information to the CU which is used to display said video monitoring information; the CU and the PU directly access each of the VSS service nodes to acquire data; the plurality of VSS service nodes keep synchronous with the data in the service center management platform. A distributed node video monitoring management method is also provided in the present invention, which realizes communications between the CU and the PU, and uses two kinds of synchronization mechanisms to solve the data consistency problem generated in a distributed structure. The system and method provided in the present invention can ensure a long-term stable operation in the case of large-capacity, and complete large-capacity data processing in real time. |
