PURPOSE: A system for managing establishment by using 3 dimension information and a method thereof are provided to simply and rapidly perform a facility management operation by confirming a camera image necessary in a 3D GIS. CONSTITUTION: A GIS server(110) includes: a 3D GIS unit(111) which maps a camera image with a 3D GIS image corresponding to an event generating region and obtains and outputs sensor information and the sensed facility information through the linking with a DB server(120), wherein the camera image is obtained through a camera installed at an event generation region; and a camera controller(112) which controls plural cameras to acquire the camera images.
