PROCESS FOR PRODUCING RECOMBINANT PROTEIN USING MUSHROOM TRANSFORMATION AND THE PRODUCT THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for preparing a recombinant protein by mushroom transformation is provided to obtain useful material and to utilize as a novel microorganism production system. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a functional protein from mushrooms comprises: a step of constructing an expression vector which produces the functional protein; a step of transforming the expression vector to mushrooms by Agrobacterium vacuum infiltration or particle bombardment; a step of isolating genomic DNA and performing PCR or a step of performing southern blot and northern blot for confirming transformant expression; a step of isolating the functional protein from the transformant.
