PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile electronic apparatus capable of preventing breakage due to impact in an antenna member mounted on a circuit board. SOLUTION: The mobile electronic apparatus 1 includes: an operation part-side housing 2; a first circuit board 70 arranged in the operation part-side housing 2; a second circuit board 80 arranged in the operation part-side housing 2, and smaller than the first circuit board 70; and electric components (a sub-antenna 85, a digital TV antenna 86) mounted on the second circuit board 80. The electronic component is arranged so that a longitudinal direction Q (second longitudinal direction ) being the longitudinal direction of the electronic component is nearly orthogonal to a longitudinal direction P (first longitudinal direction) being the longitudinal direction of the first circuit board 70.
