The device has locking arms that radially project at a cylindrical section. The locking arms have locking hooks that are directed toward a screw head. A retainer (5) is lockable with a fastening screw (4) in an opening (2) of an assembly part (1) i.e. end fitting, by the locking hooks. The fastening screw has a thread-free shaft arranged between a screw head and a thread section. The inner diameter of the cylindrical section is dimensioned such that the retainer is fastened with the cylindrical section by a friction conclusive connection on a thread-free shaft of the fastening screw.
