PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress scratch marks on a probe of a test pad at the time of an electrical property inspection of a board for a liquid discharging head. SOLUTION: This board for the liquid discharging head is constituted in such a manner that a plurality of steps are formed on an inter-layer insulating film at the opening section of an electrode pad for test. By this constitution, since the steps on the inter-layer insulating film function as a stopper for scratch on the probe, excessive scratches are suppressed, and the rising of a conductive layer by the probe can be suppressed.
