PURPOSE: A water pipe connecting structure using packing is provided to maintain stable water-tightness between a pipe and a connector because a retaining ring maintains the shape of a wing portion. CONSTITUTION: A water pipe connecting structure using packing comprises a center connection packing(30), a connector(10), and a watertight packing(40). The center connection packing is coupled with the end of the water and waste pipes(20,20a). A projected wing of the center connection packing is formed on the outside of a groove combining unit. The connector has a split protruded portion and a combining sill. The watertight packing comprises a wing portion, a water-tight protrusion, a ring connecting groove, and retaining rings.
