摘要 <p>The method involves supplying a user-specific light to an object on an optical axis of image detection. Light of a monochromatic, linear polarized source is decoupled by a defined rotation of a polarization plane in a beam-divider prism i.e. spectrally selective polarization beam-divider prism (3). The beam-divider prism is used as a light deflector for two spectrally separated images and an object field (5). Monochromatic light is used to obtain additional image information by the object field. The additional image information is obtained from a light of a monochromatic source. An independent claim is also included for a device for detecting spectrally separated images of an object.</p>
