<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve predictive calculation aimed at a plurality of spots including a present location without interfering with predictive calculation processing and reporting processing aimed at the present location which are original applications. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An earthquake prompt report distribution server 7 distributes an emergency earthquake prompt report received from the Meteorological Agency 6 to a fixed telephone 1 over the Internet network 4. The fixed telephone 1 allows a plurality of target spots desired by a user and including the present location of an own unit to be registered in advance, determines whether the received emergency disaster prompt report is one in a predetermined stage when receiving one of emergency disaster prompt reports announced by being sorted into a plurality of stages, and carries out appropriate reporting processing by executing predictive calculation processing aimed at predetermined registered spots in accordance with the determination result.
