CONSTITUTION: A case(20) has a shape which surrounds a semiconductor chip(10). A reinforcing member(30) is attached to one side of the case and reinforces the intensity of the case. A memory card is an SD Card. The case includes an upper case(21) which surrounds the upper side of a semiconductor package and an lower case(22) which surrounds the lower side of the semiconductor package. The reinforcing member is installed in the exterior of the upper and/or the lower case.
