<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently circulate cooling air by a fan in the case that a second heat-transfer device is arranged in the vicinity of a vertical plate. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Two vent holes 24 passing through a web 8A of a left vertical plate 8 are provided at the left vertical plate 8 located at the downstream side of the cooling air of the second heat-transfer device 23. The cooling air which has flown through the second heat-transfer device 23 can therefore pass through the left vertical plate 8 by the vent hole 24 and circulates without colliding with the left vertical plate 8. The cooling air thereby smoothly circulates to an oil cooler 23A to improve the cooling performance of operating oil. Since the two vent holes 24 are formed side by side, it is possible to set a small vent hole 24 for each one and prevent the lowering of the strength of the left vertical plate 8.
