PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication terminal and a radio communication system, capable of preventing a cut and return phenomenon where changeover of a base station is repeated multiple times, and providing seamless radio communication. SOLUTION: This radio communication terminal Y mounted on a vehicle 1 moving on a predetermined track L and executing radio communication with any one of a plurality of base stations (for instance, A-C) installed along the track L is configured to read a plurality of signs 31-33 (marks) installed at a plurality of preset positions along the track L based on a landscape image picked up by a landscape imaging means for picking up a landscape from the vehicle 1, and changes over the base station for executing the radio communication in response to the reading result.
