<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a full differential amplifier in which a reference potential of a positive phase output signal and a reference potential of a negative phase output signal are aligned. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A reference potential matching means is further provided for aligning a reference potential of a positive phase output signal V<SB>OUT</SB><SP>+</SP>and a reference potential of a negative phase output signal V<SB>OUT</SB><SP>-</SP>, a positive phase circuit 2 further includes a capacitor 1172 for connecting input of the positive phase circuit 2 with output of the positive phase circuit 2, and a negative phase circuit 3 further includes a capacitor 1272 for connecting input of the negative phase circuit 3 and output of the negative phase circuit 3.
