PURPOSE: A method for making Schizandra chinensis sweets containing Schizandra chinensis extract is provided to improve preservabilty of the Schizandra chinensis sweets by preventing discoloration of Schizandra chinensis sweets in storing while maintaining beneficial compositions, flavors, and tastes of Schizandra chinensis. CONSTITUTION: A method for making Schizandra chinensis sweets containing Schizandra chinensis extract comprises the following: manufacturing the Schizandra chinensis extract of 55~65°Brix; concentrating white sugar and starch syrup in a vacuum oven; manufacturing Schizandra chinensis sweets compositions by mixing the Schizandra chinensis extract and all kinds of additives in the white sugar and the starch syrup; cooling the Schizandra chinensis sweets compositions for 4 ~ 6 minutes; molding the Schizandra chinensis sweets compositions into a constant shape; and cooling the Schizandra chinensis sweets compositions with a cooler to 20~30°C.
