CULTURE APPARATUS AND CULTURE METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a culture apparatus which can grasp the state of cells during culture and add an additive culture medium matching to the state of the cells to a culture medium to produce the objective product in an excellent yield.

SOLUTION: The culture apparatus includes a culture tank for culturing the cells of culture target, a measurement means for measuring cells cultured in the culture tank or an ingredient contained in the culture solution, and a control means for selecting an additive culture medium to be added to the culture tank from two or more additive media having different composition ratios on the basis of a culture cell state judged by a measurement value measured by the measurement means.
