PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record an enthusiastic backing scene from a starting part of the enthusiastic backing. SOLUTION: As a trigger of starting recording, sound volume exceeding a fixed value which appears on television broadcast and a predetermined keyword which appears on the television broadcast are set. Accumulation recording of the television broadcast which is selected by a tuner 1 is continuously performed in a memory M1 while eliminating old recording data having elapsed accumulation recording period T1. The television broadcast which is selected by the tuner 1 is monitored, when the scene including the trigger of starting recording appears on the television broadcast, recording data under the accumulation recording is tracked to be read from the memory M1 for prescribed period T2 by tracking back to the scene including the trigger of starting recording, and the read recording data are stored in a memory M2 as the enthusiastic backing scene.
