<p>PURPOSE: A thermoplastic resin composition is provided to apply to spare parts for precision machineries, electronics, vehicles, and cables with improved electric conductance, abrasion resistance, and heat resistance. CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic resin composition with improved electric conductance, abrasion resistance, and heat resistance comprises a polyphenylene sulfide resin 50~90wt%, graphite 5~30wt%, a fluorinated polyolefin resin 5~30wt%, a whisker 1~10wt%, and a carbon nanotube 0.01~10wt%. The polyphenylene sulfide resin has an average molecular weight of 3,000~50,000 g/mol. The graphite has a particle size of 0.5~300 micron. The fluorinated polyolefin resin has a particle size of 3~50 micron, and a specific gravity of 1.2~2.3 g/cm.</p> |
