<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow users to use version-managed appropriate spreadsheets, and store only spreadsheets verified as audit trails by users in appropriate locations. <P>SOLUTION: A spreadsheet internal control system 100 includes a computer 120 in which spreadsheet software 110 is installed. An add-in 180 of the spreadsheet software reads information in a concealed sheet 130a attached to a spreadsheet 130 and cannot be referred to by users, and operates depending on the information thus read. The add-in 180 opens the spreadsheet 130 only through a predetermined path included in the concealed sheet 130a, and when closing the spreadsheet, saves operation results as a trail in a corresponding folder 230 or 240. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
