<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger capable of preventing overheating in stopping a circuit at one side, while transferring heat to a plurality of circuits. <P>SOLUTION: This heat exchanger in which a heat medium A2 is circulated, and further first or second heated liquid Wa, Wb is alternatively circulated, comprises a heated liquid flow channel 12a for circulating the heated liquid Wa, a heated liquid flow channel disposed in adjacent to the heated liquid flow channel 12a, for circulating the heated liquid Wb, and a movable heat medium flow channel 11 having a size to close only one of the heated liquid flow channel 12a and the heated liquid flow channel 12 of the heated liquid Wb, for circulating the heat medium A2.
