PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coin processing device for reducing waiting time when a quantity of loose coins stored in housing/dispensing parts for a plurality of denominations exceed a predetermined amount at the same time. SOLUTION: Each of the housing/dispensing parts of different denominations includes a first storage part 51 for storing loose coins input and sorted according to their denominations so as to be dispensed toward a packing part, and a second housing part 52 for storing loose coins dispensed from the first housing part 51 separately from the first housing part 51. When a plurality of housing/dispensing parts each stores a predetermined amount or more of loose coins by denomination in a first storage part 51, one housing/dispensing part performs a packing/dispensing process for dispensing the loose coins in the first housing part 51 toward the packing part to pack them in the packing part, while in parallel, the other housing/dispensing parts performs a moving/dispensing process for dispensing the loose coins in the first housing part 51 toward the second housing part 52.
