The closure has an inner contact element (2) including a central linking portion (4) that is connected with an external contact element. The inner contact element projects through a puncture opening at condition of the closure appropriate to a wall of a hollow organ. The inner contact element is formed as a strip (3) i.e. spiral coil, with a strip section that lies flat next to each other at mounting condition. The strip section includes a width that is smaller than the maximum length of the opening, and the inner contact element is inserted along the strip parallel to the wall.
