PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new sorting device which is improved so that sorted sheets can be smoothly taken out all together without being scattered, and an image forming device. SOLUTION: The sorting device 40 includes a loading means for holding a sorting member group 25G at a loading position in an overlapping state, a guide means for guiding respective sorting members 25 onto discharged paper sheets S loaded on a delivery paper mount 7, and a feeding means for feeding the sorting members 25 from the loading position to a sorting position via the guide means each time the number of the discharged paper sheets S loaded on the delivery paper mount 7 reaches the number for being sorted. At least a part of the feeding means is composed to be attachable/detachable or to be freely inserted/extracted to the delivery paper mount 7.
