PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a clearance between a split core and an insulator arranged at the end face of the split core or in a part of the split core, to suppress vibration by fixing a winding with a bind wire, thereby preventing insulation failure or burnout of a winding. SOLUTION: A motor stator 15 includes split cores 1 split by tooth circumferentially at a yoke part. A winding 2 is wound around the split core 1 via an insulator 6.
