METHOD FOR FORMING SECONDARY BARRIER

PURPOSE: A formation method of a second barrier for an LNG storage tank is provided to reduce adhesion defects by attaching triplexes to each other and coating a glass fiber sheet with thermosetting resin or primer so as to increase adhesive force of the triplexes. CONSTITUTION: Triplexes(1,2) made by attaching a fiberglass sheet on both sides of an aluminum sheet are attached to each other and forms a second barrier for an LNG storage tank. The surface of the triplexes is coated and impregnated with a primer(70) before attaching the triplexes to each other using adhesive(60).
