<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an enclosure which is installed on a road or a floor for storing garbage bags, wastes and powder, and which is good in appearance, strong, capable of easily removing stored materials, and preventive of damage at the lower end, while eliminating the need for repairing, cleaning or replacing the whole when specified side plates out of a plurality of side plates are damaged or contaminated. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The enclosure for storing solid or powdery bodies comprises at least three rectangular side plates each having rod-like core bodies on four sides, and continuously provided, the side plates having adjacent sides connected to each other via releasable connecting/releasing means, a cover member for covering portions of the connecting/releasing means, and reinforcing bands fixed to the lower sides of the side plates.
