PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compounds which act as 5-HT2Aantagonists, control sequelae of apoplexy and cerebral ischemia, and are effective in treating obsessive compulsive disorders (OCD), anxiety disorders, panic attacks, depression, psychosis, schizophrenia and Parkinson's disease. SOLUTION: New oxazolidine derivatives are represented by formula (I) [wherein R1is H, CN, Hal or OA; R2and R3are each independently H, CN, Hal or OA, and may jointly form methylenedioxy; A is H, CF3or 1-6C alkyl; and Hal is F, Cl, Br or I].
