<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system which maintains a desired cover rate. <P>SOLUTION: A radio communication system is used, which is constituted of a base station radio apparatus 1 and radio terminals 3-1 to 3-n. In the radio terminal 3-n of the radio system, when performing transmission or reception, logging data is accumulated and stored in an internal memory. The logging data contains a location, a date and time, an RSSI (Received Signal Strength Indicator) value and a BER (Bit Error Rate) value.
