<p>Barista milk with predefined and well-known frothing characteristics. The milk proteins in the barista milk solely comes from the milk's natural, original protein content. The concentration of the milk protein is regulated by filtration, e.g. ultrafiltration of the raw milk. The protein content is for example more than 3.0 percent and less than 4.8 percent. The milk is sterilized by heat treatment at for example 72 degree Celcius. Barista milk is used for production of milk foam used in the making of cappuccino and other coffee drinks.</p> |
