PURPOSE: A sand dust separator for classifying aggregate does not require a large amount of water to remove dust included in sand, therefore reduces processing costs. CONSTITUTION: A sand dust separator for classifying aggregate comprises the following units. A separator body(100) includes a supplying unit(200) where a guide path(210) is coupled. A partition path(220) is connected to the middle of the guide path of the supplying unit. Sand and dust are mixed through the supplying unit and the mixture is dropped in the separator body. When the mixture scatters through a zigzag path(300), dust is separated from the sand by the air of an air supplier(400) installed on the separator body. The dust is absorbed and dropped by the water sprayed through a water sprayer(500). Unabsorbed dust freely falls and a recollecting unit collects it. The sand is discharged through an outlet(110). |
