PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the amount of a solvent discharged from an ink-jet recording device to the outside and to provide stable quality printing, by arbitrarily controlling circulation and discharge of an exhaust gas to the outside from the device. SOLUTION: A gutter comprises two members of an ink channel block 13 through which ink 5 flows and an exhaust gas channel block 14 through which exhaust gas solvent steam flows. In the ink channel block, an ink inflow opening 16 which receives the ink jetted from a nozzle and an ink impact surface 17 onto which the received ink impacts are formed, and an exhaust gas connecting opening 15 connecting to the exhaust gas connection block is provided between the ink inflow opening and the ink impact surface.
