A noise filter and a digital multimedia broadcasting receiving system using a hot wire for a car comprising the noise filter and a film antenna are provided to have a dipole antenna structure by using the hot wire and the film antenna. A noise filter removes noise of a signal received from a hot wire. The noise filter delivers the signal from which noise is removed to a DMB receiver. The noise filter comprises a signal cable(120), a ground coil(110) and a voltage removing filter(140). The signal cable delivers the signal received from the hot wire to the DMB receiver. The ground coil grounds the signal cable on a car. The voltage removing filter removes a voltage of the signal received from the hot wire.
