PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a solid-state electrolytic capacitor which is free of an increase in ESR (equivalent series resistance) due to laser welding. SOLUTION: Disclosed is the manufacturing method of the solid-state electrolytic capacitor including the processes of: forming a capacitor element by forming a dielectric film, a solid-state electrolytic layer and a cathode lead-out layer in order on a surface of an anode body where an anode lead member is projected; welding an anode lead frame and a pillow member by a laser; connecting the anode lead member of the capacitor element and the pillow member to each other; connecting a cathode lead frame to the cathode lead-out layer; coating the anode lead frame and cathode lead frame while exposing portions thereof; and cutting the anode lead frame and cathode lead frame by dicing, wherein a cleaning process is provided after the process of welding the anode lead frame and pillow member together by the laser.
