PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple assembly type storage box which has durability and resistance against a load and is assembled simply. SOLUTION: The simple assembly type storage box is composed of: a bottom plate; a box body with two or more side plates; a corner member fixed on the corner of the upper edges of adjacent two or more side plates; and an edge member fixed on the upper edges of two or more side plates. The end parts of adjacent side plates are placed between an inside holding piece and an outside holding piece of a reinforcing member to be engaged, and the corner member comprises: a base body having a L-shaped recess on the lower end surface opposing to the upper end surface and being formed in a nearly L shape; and a protrusion protruded from both ends of the base body and having a recess on the lower end surface. The L-shaped recess of the corner member is engaged into the reinforcing member and the recess of the corner member is engaged in a protrusion piece to be fixed, and the protrusion of the corner member is covered with the edge member and is sandwiched between an engaging part and an outside piece extending downward from a holding piece of the edge member.
