FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: sphingosine-1-phosphate application, before known for treatment of neurodegenerative diseases, fibrosis, cirrhosis (S1P) or hydroxylated or methylated S1P or their salts for modulation of nociceptive pain is offered; or for identification of the bonds modulating nociceptive pain; or for prevention (treatment) of nociceptive pain, a corresponding way of treatment and ways of screening of bonds for modulation or prevention of pain (versions), a way of identification of bond modulating pain. Action of S1P as anaesthetic on model of nociceptive pain is shown in the test with formalin on animals. ^ EFFECT: possibility of screening modulating nociceptive pain of bonds with S1P receptor or with PAM is revealed. ^ 17 cl, 24 dwg, 1 tbl |
