PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To firmly support a liquid tank without load applied on an inspection cover, and to take out the liquid tank to the outside easier to work when the inspection cover is opened. SOLUTION: A reservoir tank 28 storing engine cooling water is fitted to a rotation side hinge 25 of a hinge member 23 supporting an inspection right cover 22 of a facing cover 19 to be opened and closed horizontally. Therefore, the reservoir tank 28 can be stably fitted to the hinge member 23 having enough strength. The inspection right cover 22 is opened, thereby taking out the reservoir tank 28 to the outside easier to perform inspection work and repair work. Further, the reservoir tank 28 is fitted to the hinge member 23 separately from the inspection right cover 22, so that only the damaged inspection right cover 22 is taken out to continue to work using a hydraulic shovel 1.
