APPARATUS FOR AUTOMATIC VISUAL INSPECTION

An automatic image inspection apparatus for controlling angle and distance is provided to automatically calculate distance and angle of a camera and a light device according to an inspection target. An inspection object is positioned in a work table(410). A first rotator(420) rotates based on the central axis including a specific focus in which object is positioned on the worktable. A camera is mounted to the first rotator in order that it is conformed the focus of the camera(421). A second rotator rotates around the central axis. A lighting device is mounted on the second rotator in order that the optical axis of the lighting and focus coincide together. Supporting shafts connect a moving unit moving according to the upper surface of the worktable.
