摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple method for producing tangle for stock extraction and for cooking which has no need of expensive raw material and/or skilled cooking technique to extract authentic tangle stock and by which rapidly boiled-up tangle is produced: and to provide tangle processed food and drink using the tangle. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing tangle for stock extraction and for cooking comprises treating dried tangle with superheated steam under normal pressure.
