<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple method for producing tangle for stock extraction and for cooking which has no need of expensive raw material and/or skilled cooking technique to extract authentic tangle stock and by which rapidly boiled-up tangle is produced: and to provide tangle processed food and drink using the tangle. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing tangle for stock extraction and for cooking comprises treating dried tangle with superheated steam under normal pressure. Preferably, the treatment temperature of the normal-pressure superheated steam is 120-150°C, and the treatment time corresponds to 5-15 min. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
