PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent a large amount of game media from being fraudulently put out by a fraudulent action relating to a reset operation. SOLUTION: In the game medium putout device 1 including a medium putout means 4 for putting out the game media, an abnormality detection means 6b for detecting the abnormality of a medium putout operation, a reset operation means 6a for performing the reset operation for instructing recovery from the abnormality, and an operation control means 6 for stopping the medium putout operation when the abnormality is detected during the medium putout operation and restarting the medium putout operation when the reset operation is performed after the stop, the operation control means 6 is provided with a counting means 6c for counting the number of times of detecting the abnormality by the abnormality detection means 6b, a comparison means 6d for comparing the counted result with a prescribed threshold, and an operation management means 6e for invalidating the reset operation even when the reset operation is performed when the counted result is equal to or more than the prescribed threshold as the result of the comparison.
