<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a writing instrument eliminating a problem resulting from adoption of a grip member having an end face inclined from a plane perpendicular to the axis of a shaft cylinder. <P>SOLUTION: An inclining angle α of a step side end face 5A on the grip member 5 side is made smaller than an inclining angle β of an inclined step surface 12 on a shaft cylinder 10 side, and it is arranged so that a gap G is formed partially between the step side end face 5A and the inclined step surface 12 in a state where no compressive force is applied to the grip member 5, and when the member 5 is compressed, the whole end face 5A is inclined still more to result in contacting with the inclined step surface 12. Even if the end face 5A of the grip member 5 is inclined in order to give excellent design to this writing instrument, therefore, an acutely sharpened tip of the grip member 5 moves along the inclined step surface 12 to prevent its levitation from the surface of the shaft cylinder 10, which precludes generation of a problem. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
