PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perforated plate made of metal, having many through-holes, and excellent in design. SOLUTION: The perforated plate 10 has a metal plate 20 with a first face 20a and a second face 20b. The perforated plate 10 includes a first and a second areas 15a and 15b, in which respective through-holes 30 extend between the first and the second faces. A plurality of first holes 32 are formed from the first face side and a plurality of second holes 34 are formed from the second face side so as to correspond to the first holes. The first holes and the second holes corresponding to the first holes communicate with each other, thereby forming the through-holes. The through-holes located in the first area and the through-holes located in the second area are different in an amount X of displacement between the centers of the first and the second holes along the surface of the metal plate.
