A nonpoint source pollutants removing apparatus is provided to prevent infiltration of the nonpoint source pollutants and to maximize process efficiency of the nonpoint pollutant. A nonpoint source pollutants removing apparatus(200) includes a rainwater pipe(210), a variable weir(220), a first processing part(230), a second processing unit(240), a drain facility, and a cleansing unit. The first processing part includes a solid separator(232), an oil-water separator(234), a floating preventing projection(236), and a detritus tank(238). A penetration hole(238a) is formed on wall of the first processing part and the second processing part. A third processing part includes a cartridge porous filter(282), an inflow/outflow member(284), a fixing unit(288) and a filter support member(286). |
