A joystick for vehicle is provided to reduce the occupation area of interior devices by allowing the user to implement steering and gear shift with one hand gripping the joystick. A joystick for vehicle comprises a base(20) having indicators(22) on the upper side so that the driver can operate steering and accelerating devices, an operating member(30) including a handle(34) is formed on the upper end so that the driver can manipulate a shaft(32) connected to the base, a displacement unit sensing the displacement of X or Y direction of the vehicle according to the operation of the operating member, a speed sensing unit sensing the acceleration and deceleration state of the vehicle according to the displacement sensed in the displacement unit, and a steering sensing unit which senses the steering condition of the vehicle according to the displacement sensed in the displacement unit.
