PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition capable of displacing a rear bumper to an evacuation position where the rear bumper does not interfere with an operating tilt frame in a load-carrying part loading/unloading vehicle having the tilt frame retreating while inclining downward and backward. SOLUTION: The vehicle comprises a rotatable bumper support member 10 for mounting a rear bumper body 9 to a body frame 7 and a bumper operation part 20 for displacing the rear bumper body 9. The bumper support member 10 is movable between a projection position of projecting the rear bumper body 9 to the back and a lower evacuation position. The bumper operation part 20 connects the tilt frame 3 to the bumper support member 10 and descends following the descent of the tilt frame 3 caused by its backward/downward inclination, but not following the retreat of the tilt frame 3.
