A dock positioning structure and a ship construction method of the same are provided to improve the productivity by performing the marine ship construction at shallow cost and at land at the same time. A dock positioning structure using a sea crane(400) and a goliath crane(300) comprises: a dry dock(200) installed at the place where it is possible for the access of a floating crane and the use of the goliath crane; an extended part(210) extending towards the respective sea along the longitudinal direction of the dry dock; and a floating gate dock(100) arranged between the extended part and the front sea of the dry dock. The dry dock comprises a lock gate(201) which can be opened and closed. The extended part comprises a rail for the driving of the goliath crane and is installed by an underwater concreting structure method.
