摘要 PURPOSE: An advertising method using a geographic information system and a cyber remodeling is provided to supply a reliability for a netizen and to induce an electronic commerce through an advertisement effect by remodeling an actual area by on-line based on a geographic information system and leasing or selling the actual area to an off-line company. CONSTITUTION: A netizen connects to a server through the Internet, joins to a membership of the server by inputting subscriber information(S1), and performs a log-in process(S2). The member selects a movement or buys a remodeled building in accordance with geographic information(S3). A rough map of an area is displayed based on the geographic information and a related area is displayed(S7). If the member selects to buy the area, available areas are displayed and sale area information is stored(S4). If the member selects a building(graphic object) residence, available building information is displayed and stored(S5). If a trading is completed, a paragraph is displayed on the corresponding area and the graphic object and linked with an address allocated to the member(S6). A paragraph inputted by the member is displayed on the area which is sold to the member and a graphic object out of the area being displayed in the above (S7) stage(S8). An avatar of the member is displayed and controlled by the member. A surfing of a corresponding area is executed(S9). Points are accumulated according to the number of advertisement click times and the number of connected persons through the surfing of the avatar, and stored in a member management DB and a client DB. If the member requests a payment, a payment is executed(S10).
