A motor vehicle disc brake which comprises a fixed carrier on which a calliper is mounted such that it can slide axially, the calliper being guided in sliding by at least two guide pins (28) each of which is mounted to slide with radial clearance in an axial bore (32) associated with the fixed carrier, an elastically deformable ring (42) being inserted radially between the internal wall of the bore (32) and the external wall of a journal (44) of the guide pin (28), and an internal sleeve (58) which is inserted radially between the external wall of the journal (44) and the ring (42), the sleeve (58) being fixed to the ring (42), and the sleeve (58) is made of a material which encourages the journal (44) of the guide pin (28) to slide inside the sleeve (58).
