A poly cross-linked phthalocyanine compound for solar cell is provided to increase absorbing power in the wide near-infrared ray wavelength part of 750-1100nm, and enhance the energy conversion efficiency by enlarging the solar battery into the infrared area, thereby being used as photo active compound in the dye sensitive solar cell. The poly cross-linked phthalocyanine compound for solar cell has the structure of the chemical formula(2), wherein M1 and M2 are identical or different, and each independently selected from metal, metal oxide and metal halide; R is hydrogen atom, halogen atom, carboxylic group, hydroxyl group, amino group, hydroxysulfonyl group, aminosulfonyl group, alkyl group or C1-C20 alkyl; and n is an integer from 0 to 3.
