PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmitter which simultaneously satisfies various specified values for maintaining waveform quality in a high-speed data signal. SOLUTION: A driver circuit part 110 generates output signals TXOP and TXON by resistive dividing on the basis of power supply voltage VDDa, and an output amplitude correcting part 120 corrects the amplitude of the output signals TXOP and TXON by current I1 generated in accordance with a change in the power supply voltage. Consequently, variations of the amplitude of the output signals TXOP and TXON caused by variations of the power supply voltage VDDa is corrected. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
