A testing device and a testing method for the partial repair of a sewer pipe using vacuum are provided to give a watertight test above the pressure of water without load by expanding a packer with air and stopping up a space, pouring water to a space between packers and forming a vacuum. A testing device for the partial repair of a sewer pipe using vacuum comprises an expansion repair confirmation packer(300) for keeping a pair of repair confirmation areas having an expansion member expanding with an air hose air-tightly, a water supply pipe supplying water for a watertight test from a makeup water tank to a sewer pipe and a felt between packers, a rotary joint(360) having a weight body of the bottom to make an exhaust hose(362) placed on the front end of an exhaust pipe exhausting the air between the packers, a vacuum pump exhausting the air inside a sewer pipe(210) through the exhaust hose, and a vertical test tube setting the water level through the exhaust hose with water pressure of the makeup water tank. |
