ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DIODE DISPLAY DEVICE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING USING THE SAME

A device displaying an organic luminance diode and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent moisture and oxygen from secondly penetrating into the organic light-emitting diode by attaching a first substrate and a second substrate with a first sealing member and a second sealing member. A device displaying an organic luminance diode comprises a first substrate(100) and a second substrate(200). The first substrate comprises a first area(100a) and a second part(100b) defined according to the surroundings of the first area. The first substrate and the second substrate are attached. A organic light emitting diode(E) is arranged in the first area above the first substrate. The organic light-emitting diode comprises a first electrode(110) an organic light-emitting layer(120) and a second electrode(130) successively arranged on the first substrate. A first sealing member(150) is located in the second part between the second substrate and the first substrate. The first substrate and the second substrate each other adhesively are installed with the first sealing member. The organic light-emitting diode is sealed by the second substrate and the first sealing member from outside. The second sealing member(160) is arranged according to the side of the first substrate and the second substrate which are attached. The second sealing member is arranged on the side of the first substrate, the outer side of the first sealing member and the edge part of the second substrate.
